However, our long-year-records show that the actual delivery time to Minami Alps varies somewhat: Some parcels arrived at their destination already after only 6 days. In other cases, depending on the circumstances (e.g. customs handling, weather conditions or if holidays or weekends have fallen into the delivery time) it took a little longer though. Mostly the delay was caused by the customs in Japan, sometimes also by the local postal delivery. In any case, as soon as we send the package, you will receive a link for tracking the shipment online. In some cases, it was helpful to ask the local post office for the package number to speed up delivery.
