On average, deliveries to Uganda take 15 days.
However, our long-year-records show that the actual delivery time to Central Region varies somewhat: Some parcels arrived at their destination already after only 13 days. In other cases, depending on the circumstances (e.g. customs handling, weather conditions or if holidays or weekends have fallen into the delivery time) it took a little longer though. Mostly the delay was caused by the customs in Uganda, sometimes also by the local postal delivery. In any case, as soon as we send the package, you will receive a link for tracking the shipment online. In some cases, it was helpful to ask the local post office for the package number to speed up delivery.
