Ingredients

100 g butter
1 yolk
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seed Oil
1/16 l water
200 g flour
1 kg potatoes
1/16 l cooking oil
1 finley chopped onion

Instructions

Melt the butter, mix it with egg yolk, pumpkin seed oil, and water, and stir it with flour to form a smooth dough. Let it rest. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips or grate them. Then, add cooking oil to a pan, sauté the onion until golden yellow, and roast the potatoes in it. Let them cool.
Roll out the dough thinly into a rectangle. Spread the potatoes on top, season with salt and pepper, and roll them up into two rolls. Place them on a baking sheet, bake at 230 °C until light brown, and let them cool. Cut the roulades into pieces and serve with sour cream salad.
